MASS(ACRE) PE
Really killed me altho we ran faster (and this time I pushed/dragged Clar to the front w me on the way back after running w Sookwei and Xintian at the back) this week the exercises and stretches like hell can e.g. Leg/Body raises, Burpees, Jumping jacks, Push ups
