And so, another year has left its footprint and these are the things that I hold close to my heart in the year 2011
TOUCH RUG / I never had a group of friends called ‘team’ because Wushu in JH was well, Tianwei + Me + Ben (at the most) and I feel lucky to be part of it through the hard times in training, pushing it to become a main CCA and the spirit we had as a team as we were new (and most of the time lost at friendlies) Let’s have more than 6 year6s in 2012 yeah haha
PHOTOGRAPHY / Grateful for the opportunities to pursue my passion and the cool bunch of people because honestly I didn’t know anyone but they all turned out to be really easy-going and fun!
DHAKA / No doubt an unforgettable experience where we sat rickshaws and ate w our hands and almost got lost and sang out-of-tunely on long bus rides and lit up the classrooms and chionged preparations till 2-3am (ok actually not me I was watching Shixun and Sookwei 1-to-1 Monodeal whr Sookwei lost every round) this trip was all the more meaningful because of the friendships and bonds we formed (‘:
HOMA & 5C44 / I know that no matter how tough the going gets in the year ahead, we will support each other and make it through together, this is really the most easy-going and comfortable class I’ve had and let’s help Homa to win the house cup!
DAD MOM GLEN / Again, we’ve been thru another year together and all I can say is I’m thankful and lucky to be a part of this harmonious and stable family (‘:
OLD FRIENDS / We will fulfill the promises we made (like going Taiwain after A’s) I know everyone is leading all different lives, even those in the same classes and the hectic and tough year ahead will maybe pull us apart, but no matter what, I will meet you there~
BRENDAN / Am really lucky to have met you (and you to have made the first move) and the year 2011 has brought me the most important and the favorite person in my life. NS and A’s will probably be v stressful but I know we will make it work, we will try <3
2011- of 3.5hr free periods, a home-run for softball PE and a leap of faith
May 2012 be a fulfilling and meaningful year for everyone! Harder, better, faster, stronger and no regrets. No no no regrets.
